I’m currently down in Richmond Nelson running the Caleb Leadership course. The participants and trainers have been at Tea Pot Valley camp since Friday evening.
Last evening, we had a service during which one of my senior trainers brought a message about the Lordship of Christ. His challenge was to ask where we are in our living in in that place of being under the Lordship of Christ.
After some more singing worship, myself and two senior trainers received words and pictures from the Lord for the students. The whole team then spent much time praying through the understanding of the words the Lord gave us. It was a late night but it was inspirational to see the men and women at the course being powerfully touched and receiving ministry for themselves. We had a number give amazing testimony on how the word/picture highlighted a need or issue they desired to see resolved and after prayer what had changed in relation to the issues. One participants shared that she had been considering a rather scary strategic step she needed to take with her hurting congregation. (She has been sent there to bring healing). The word I bought to her confirmed the strategic step she needed to take and the attitude in which to take it. PTL.
Now today we have begun 24 hours of solitude and look forward to seeing how the Lord will work in their lives.
Tomorrow we return to Grace church to complete the course ending on Friday with a graduation service which I hope will live on line. We have the new Bishop of Nelson, Bishop Steve speaking at that service. His wife who is a Vicar at a Nelson church is a participant on the course.
I am absolutely grateful for your faithful prayers for my family and me and for the ministry that is being done. Please continue to pray for the Leadership course to achieve the best results possible for each participant.
