Do your ministry leaders feel that you’ve got their backs?
We set our teams to work giving them broad brushstroke tasks to go and do. Then we send them off leaving them to it, with a hope they will get the results we are looking for. So often we leave them exposed because we miss the real importance of good delegation and supervision.
The Caleb Leadership course will help you address these and many other pragmatic skills of effective leadership.
Reflect:
Think! Am I giving good delegations and supervision?
Am I supervising them well? Do I make my team secure? Do they know what they are doing well and what they need to spend more time on? Is it a good experience for you both?
Resolve:
To make sure you have built good leadership skills in your ministry.

Multiple Denominations and Ministries
The Caleb Leadership Course provides practical training in a safe environment filled with encouragement and affirmation. It brings out the best in you as you realise just how capable you are and how you have been created to help others. For many it is life changing as skills are not only taught, but practiced and mastered – all in an eleven day period. The cross-pollination that occurs as people from many different denominations and para-church ministries interact together forms true Christian community and is worth the cost of the course itself! With a limited number of participants and large number of trainers, opportunities for mentoring and coaching are built in as well. Our trainers are all Caleb Graduates and have decades of experience in ministry. Their wisdom and insights are priceless!
This course is intended for those who desire to improve their effectiveness as a leader and increase their own skills and improve the skills of their teams. It is ideal for leaders who are growing their ministry teams and understand the need to grow themselves. It is a course that builds into your life as a leader, recharging, upskilling and preparing you for an amazing ride in ministry.
It is practical, effective and intentionally missional focussed. That is what the CLC is and that is what you can be too when you complete the course.
Course Fees reduced for 2019: The course fee will be $NZ1650. This includes
• 2 Comprehensive Manuals,
• All required stationery
• Accommodation and meals at a weekend camp only.
